Common area maintenance, upkeep of common use elevator cars (i.e.- interior wall cleaning and/or polishing, floor maintenance, etc.), stairwells, furniture fixtures, pool area patios, and building surroundings (the removal of garbage around the building). We also maintain common area laundry rooms and trash chutes. We are able to provide carpet cleaning, including low moisture and carpet shampooing and we can also do High Pressure floor and wall washing.
